Support more GeoJSON feature types on a map

filip.varecha requested to merge feat-district-map-support-more-geojson-feature-types into test
  • Adds support for MultiPoint, MultiLineString and MultiPolygon. Each part of the multi-object gets its own marker.
  • When hovering, display tooltip with feature title.
  • Also, only show link to the object detail page in modal if there is some content actually available.
